Also, the only pain it would have felt is the initial bite, after which - paralysis and death. No worse than the livestock you eat. You're still arguing the ages old problem of pain. Do your homework and look up the 1000's of discussions and biblical answers for that problem found here and all over the web. Your implied accusation of God's cruelty and lack of benevolence (and thus on to his non existence) is going to turn against yourself as I already explained.
